Why This Soup

Comfort in a Bowl. Support at the Root.

There's something deeply soothing about a warm bowl of soup — and when it's made with intention, it becomes so much more than a meal.

This Immune-Boosting Mushroom Soup brings together mineral-rich broth, adaptogenic mushrooms, aromatic herbs, and gut-loving ingredients that work together to support your body's natural resilience.

Your body is designed to heal — and food is one of its most beautiful allies.

The Ingredients

Wholesome. Purposeful. Nourishing.

Medicinal Mushrooms

Shiitake, maitake, and cremini mushrooms offer beta-glucans and plant compounds traditionally used to support immune balance and cellular vitality.

Bone Broth Base

A slow-simmered bone broth (or mineral-rich vegetable broth) delivers collagen, amino acids, and gut-soothing nutrients that support the intestinal lining.

Garlic, Ginger & Onion

These aromatic staples are rich in plant compounds that support immune function, gentle detox pathways, and a happy microbiome.

Turmeric & Thyme

Warming spices and fresh herbs bring antioxidant compounds that help support the body's natural response to inflammation.

Leafy Greens

A handful of spinach or kale adds folate, magnesium, and gentle fiber — nourishing your cells and supporting overall wellness.

Miso or Sea Salt

A spoonful of unpasteurized miso adds live cultures for the gut, while mineral-rich sea salt supports hydration and electrolyte balance.
